After-School Activities
Extended Day Learning
Extended Day Learning (EDL) at E-STEM is starting October 21st, if you are interested, please enroll your student today using the form below. Classes will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays afterschool until 5:00 pm. Students are provided a snack each day of EDL.
Please note, bussing transportation is not being offered this year so students will need to be picked up by 5:00. If families arrive late for pick up more three evenings their student may be unenrolled from EDL.
E-STEM will be offering the following courses first semester:
- Yearbook - Help take photographs and design the yearbook for this school year with Ms. Vaughn on Thursdays.
- Rock Band - All skill levels are welcome to join our ESTEM Rock Band with Ms. Cuff. This class only takes place on Tuesdays.
- E-STEM Detectives - Sharpen your detective skills by practicing fact-finding and writing skills with Ms. Leary. *This class is especially helpful for 7th graders who will be able to use the time to complete their History Day projects during this time. This class meets both Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- Board Games - Practice your social skills by learning and playing a variety of lesser-known board games. When you're ready, use your newly gained skills to design and create your own board game to play at home with your family. This class meets both Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- Dungeons and Dragons - Everyone is welcome to learn how to play this engaging role play game on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- Fiber Arts - Have you ever wanted to learn to knit or crochet? Do you like making friendship bracelets? This class will only meet on Thursdays.
Please note, classes may be canceled or consolidated if enrollment targets are not met.
