We follow the Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) framework to create a positive, inclusive environment where students understand and meet expectations for respectful and responsible behavior. Our grading and technology policies are designed to promote transparency and consistency, allowing students to thrive in a structured yet innovative learning atmosphere. Communication with families is a priority: we provide regular updates through family newsletters, detailing school events, academic resources, and announcements. Additionally, our weekly communication includes updates on student transportation, ensuring parents are always informed about their child’s commute. These resources are designed to foster a strong school-family partnership, ensuring that every ESTEM family feels supported and connected.
