Cell Phone/Electronics Policy
The E-STEM Middle School policy about the use of electronic devices (including, but not limited to: cell phones, mp3 players, headphones/earbuds, smart watches, personal gaming systems, etc.) is as follow:
- All electronic devices that are brought to school need to be turned off & stored in students' lockers from the time students arrive on campus until they are off campus after 3 p.m.
- Students who violate this policy must turn over their electronics/equipment to staff immediately.
- The following consequences are in place for students who are in violation of this policy:
- 1st Offense: Returned to students at 3 p.m. the same day.
- 2nd Offense: Parent/guardian must come to pick up item.
- 3rd Offense: Parent/Admin/Student will meet and item will be returned.
